ian_parkinsonIan previously worked for several Councils as a Building Surveyor Assistant liaising with Clients, Architects, Engineers. During this time was responsible for hundreds of Report and Consent applications, from preparation of documentation, plan checking, inspections and presentation to the Committee for approval.

As a Private Building Surveyor assistant, Ian was responsible for the coordination of 150 DHHS fire safety audit inspections, including organising, inspecting and completing the delivery of the Fire Safety Inspection reports to DHHS.

Ian has a solid understanding of the Building Regulation, Planning Schemes, variations to Rescode and the NCC.

  • Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying
  • Completed LHA Design Guideline Assessor Course (Accreditation Pending)
