Equal Access is passionate about the rights of people with disability (disabled people) to both access buildings and also be able to evacuate them in an emergency and this is why we have used our experience in this sector to prepare the following templates.
The PEEP templates are provided are in three document sets:
01 Preparing a PEEP
This document is an instruction guide on how to prepare a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP)
02 PEEP Questionnaire
This document provides a framework to review the building, and the person who will be occupying it and to assess the person’s ability during an emergency.
03 PEEP Template
This document is a blank template that includes fields to be completed based on the responses obtained from completing the questionnaire. It also summarises the person’s abilities and requirements when emergency services personnel arrive onsite and undertake the emergency evacuation.
